General Rules & Regulations
Enrollment at Bridges Academy implies that students and parents agree to comply with the school's rules and regulations.
- School Session The academic session runs from January to December.
- Punctuality Students must be punctual for all school activities daily.
- Participation Participation in all extracurricular activities and life skills programs is mandatory.
- Behavior Any behavior that causes harm to others or damages property will be dealt with seriously.
- Prohibited Items Cosmetics, ornaments, mobile phones, and electronic gadgets are strictly forbidden. Possession of mobile phones and internet-enabled devices will lead to immediate dismissal.
- Food Junk food of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Appearance Unruly haircuts and untidy dressings are not allowed.
- Parental Communication Parents should contact the Head/Dean to schedule meetings with teachers regarding school matters or their child.
- Parent-Teacher Forum Both parents are expected to attend Parent-Teacher Forums held periodically.
- Prohibited Habits Chewing pan, smoking, drinking alcohol, and using drugs are strictly prohibited on and off school premises.
- Bullying Bullying is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- Authority The school authority's decisions regarding student matters are final.
- Worship and Associations External associations, unions, or any form of worship are not permitted on school premises.
- Disciplinary Actions Additional disciplinary measures may be imposed on students as needed.
Withdrawals
- Management Withdrawal The management reserves the right to request a parent to withdraw their child at any time, without providing reasons, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the school.
- Parent Withdrawal Notice Parents wishing to withdraw their child must provide the Principal with at least one month's written notice. If the notice is shorter, a late withdrawal fee equivalent to half of the monthly fees will be charged.
- Issuance of Certificates Transfer certificates, school leaving certificates, testimonials, and examination certificates will only be issued once all outstanding school dues are cleared.
- Transfer Certificate Fee Transfer certificates will be issued upon receipt of a written application for valid reasons, accompanied by a fee of Rs. 1000/-.
